"I was surprised by how relaxed..."
I was surprised by how relaxed my son was the whole time. They kept him laughing and comfortable, and the photos turned out really great. I’m hoping there’s some kind of credit or compensation offered for sharing feedback, but overall it was a really good experience.

"The shipping was quicker than I figured..."
The shipping was quicker than I figured it would be. I ordered it and kind of forgot about it for a bit, which is usually what happens to me because I’ll get distracted by like three other things. Then it showed up with no problems at all. Smooth experience overall.

My print showed up packed really well—no bent corners, no scuffs, no weird marks or anything. took me a minute to get it all unwrapped lol... but that’s a good thing!

I booked Lange Photographics kind of on a gut feeling, i’m really glad I did. The photographer showed up on time, stayed super calm, and just had that “I’ve got this” vibe without making anything feel forced or awkward.
We were a little all over the place, but he gave simple directions and was really patient with us. The photos turned out great, and the whole thing was way easier than I expected. I’d absolutely use them again.

We had such a nice experience with Lange Photographics. Right from the start, I had a good feeling about the photographer, super friendly, easy to chat with, and just made the whole shoot feel relaxed and natural. It didn’t feel awkward at all, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely book again

Booking with Lange Photographics was so easy. They responded fast, helped us find a date that worked, and just made the whole scheduling part feel way less annoying than it usually is.
I feel like communication can make or break the entire experience, and they totally handled it right. They kept me updated without me having to follow up a million times, were clear about everything, and were really nice when I had a couple little schedule changes.

"Pretty happy with how it turned out"
I was happy with my order overall. The site was, umm, easy enough to use, and the photos actually came out really nice. It did take a little longer than I expected to get everything sorted, but nothing too frustrating. I’d probably use them again if I need more prints.

My order came in mostly correct, but one of the print sizes wasn’t the one I had selected. I emailed them and they did get it fixed, so I appreciate that, but it added some extra time to the whole process. It wasn’t a terrible experience, I just expected the instructions or order details to be a bit clearer and checked more carefully before shipping.

I booked a shoot for 10, and they didn’t show up until almost 35 minutes later. Am I the only one who gets really thrown off by that? The photos turned out okay, but waiting around like that messed up the rest of my day. I just wish they were a little more respectful of people’s time...

I booked with Lange Photographics and overall had a good experience. The pricing felt fair for what was included, and the photos turned out really nice. I also liked that the package options were easy to understand. They weren’t the cheapest option I found, and I do wish a few of the add-ons or extras had been explained a little more clearly upfront, but nothing felt unreasonable. In the end, I felt like it was worth the cost and I’d be happy to use them again.

"Took a bit, but they did make it right"
I had an issue and it wasn’t fixed right away, so for a minute I wondered if they were just hoping I’d stop following up. But to be fair, they did eventually sort it out and got everything handled. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but in the end they fixed the problem.

I picked this up after seeing a few people say the photo quality was solid, they were right. The shots come out sharp and the colors look really nice. I did run into a couple small issues here and there, but nothing major. Curious if anyone else has noticed the same thing?

"Fast and easy photo session"
I had my photo session with Lange Photographics and it was quick, which I appreciated. They seemed organized and knew what shots they were going for, so there wasn’t much awkward waiting around.

I’m giving 4 stars because there was one moment where it felt a little rushed, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was smooth and simple, and then it was done...

The edits felt rushed, and the skin ended up looking a little weird. I don’t know if they just didn’t spend enough time on it, but the retouching definitely wasn’t quite right.

I got my files in the end, so no real issue there, but the download link did take a while to load. Based on this one time, I’d say the service gets the job done, just don’t expect it to be super quick.

The retake process went okay overall. I liked that they offer a fair retake policy, but it did feel a bit slow getting everything sorted. Still, I can’t complain too much since it worked out in the end
